Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced customer service assistant to join our internal sales team. Therole will involve providing a high level of customer service to our existing customer base. Daily activities include accurate and efficient processing of sales orders, handling customer and consumer enquiries, and providing phone sales support.

 To be successful in this role it is essential that you meet the criteria below:

• Experience/knowledge of bicycle products
• Previous experience of working in the bike industry
• Customer service experience
• Computer literate with a demonstrable knowledge of Outlook, Word & Excel
• Have attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
• To be proactive, self-motivated and able to take initiative
• A flexible attitude with the willingness to help in other areas of the business
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Sense of humour and friendly disposition
